A practical, active learning to deeply distinguish the value of generative conversations, based on Otto Scharmer's FOUR levels of listening: how to best adapt 'how we show up', for each situation. A good grounding in the fourth level generates a new dimension of conversation and genuinely invites the most from the person with whom you are speaking. They notice you in a new way and, they feel heard: That's magic in any relationship!
